It’s not a well thought out book, in the first 3 chapters she got him a diamond ring(30 billion )for not reason at all ,lol after buying him for 100 billion ( they need to calm down with the money usage) it just sounds ridiculous and she just say break of engagement then it’s done.
I really like Kian, and I'm curious about the progression. But at the same time the main character has this overused personality, even all the side characters, that it's not that hard to know what happens next. If they're gonna mass produce this kind of story they should at least have an interesting twist. 0520245 Also damn the characters are so shallow.... predictable and uninteresting.
For those concerned about him being her slave, it's ch20 and she's already known as his patron not his master, she plans to tear up the ownership certificate now that he's spread his wings and can fend for himself with his magic. I don't know how else she could have saved him?? She immediately gave him education on etiquette and magic so he could live the best life possible as soon as possible independent of her
