Really good. I don’t really like the best friend too much but I feel like she’ll have her redemption arc. Rather than being happy that Rui is becoming more “ladylike”, I think it’s better to be happy that she’s finding herself more in new things that make her happy regardless if it’s “feminine” or not

this is my new comfort manga and i have so many reasons for it! i almost cried at chapter 6! i love how heartwarming and how much i relate to EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER UGH PLS
1. ryu i love her GOSH she is just a fluff ball. i always kept my hear like her, a low ponytail but i always feel more comfortable with short hair, but sadly people around me dont let me because i dont look feminine i always got called for it and it made me bad. but also these days i am trying to get into makeup, in fact i just brought today a lip balm and a powder. also im 17 and friends around me are all obsessed with makeup and this made me more curious with trying it!!! ryu doesnt care about gender!!! i love how she wants to open a baseball team for all genders so even the ones who never could because society didnt let them
2. yuki i relate to her too..people hate her but shes not a bad person. yes shes prejudged and comes transphobic but i think its because she loves her friend. i am the parent of the friendship group too so the first thought is will they be save with them???
3. shinobu lowkey another ball of sunshine!!! they are everything i want to be in the future! we still havent gotten their past story but i know what it will be as a fellow person in the trans and gender queer spectrium! they seem to have gone through a hard time and yet they are out there being themselfs and just thriving. i too feel bad i cant wear certain clothes or be a certain way because of my bio gender or people judging me, but they are a example to look up too! the reason why this character is so great is because it is their own persona with unique likes and not just a copypase of misinformation trans representation we often get from tv
