On the first day of school, university student, Ban Ritsuki, felt disgusted when a man who bumped into him told Ritsuki that he has the "type of face he likes". However, that man was actually the lecturer, Takagi Shoutarou who, somehow after that day, kept clinging on to Ritsuki. Ritsuki gets more and more pissed off, until one day, he saw Takagi's miserable expression while gazing up into the sky. Suddenly, he starts to care for Takagi...
The first story has no depth. All the characters are expressionless, not just the main character. Sometimes it's difficult to understand what's happening and it feels like some scenes are missing, like when Ritsuki fights with that guy I understood he managed to defend himself, but how? Also, no one knows what happened in Ritsuki's past, it's never explained so the character feels really superficial. And can someone explain to me how he ended up liking sensei? Just because he looked at him a couple of time while he was talking to the other unremarkable honor student, I was supposed to understand he was jealous and liked him? Also I really hate pushy semes that don't respect their ukes. Conclusion, a waste of time. Maybe if the first story took all six chapters it would've been more interesting.

These stories were enjoyably heartwarming and easy to read. The mangaka likes symbolism and there was a little in each story. The first it was the sky and all the different ones to experience in the world, and the second it was a love of shiny, bright things and snow. The characters had an opposites attract appeal and while the step to being in love may have seemed fast, it was balanced nicely by seeing each couple in their respective futures.
The story was okay but nothing spectacular, however, it did feel like something was missing. Ban is being persued by some guy on a motorcycle and later bumps into a guy that says he has the type of face he likes. The guy later turns out to be his professor Takagi. Takagi keeps popping up in front of Ritsuki and eventually he hives in. The problem I had was that I was confused. What was Ritsuki's problem with that guy or that guys problem with Ritsuki, was he in a gang, was that his ex, why was his personality like that was it due to something. I liked the story it just seemed like something was missing.
The second couple was okay as well but it could have been better. Two friends like each other but one is afraid to make a move. After a while he finally makes his move and they have a year or so together before the other returns home to England for college. They meet again after college.
