Meanwhile, Elcielas is an elf who has been sent on a quest to save the king, and with his escorts dead and no working knowledge of human society, he needs some help, so when Gael saves him, he recruits Gael to help save the kingdom. Elcielas is so cute and funny, and his love for Gael is so wholesome. This is my favorite fantasy yaoi, highly recommend. Trigger warnings: violence.

5.5 pretty wholesome, the age gap's kinda weird but meh when it comes to fictional characters that are basically immortal it can't be helped if they only choose to love way later in life or they fall more than once. they perceive time differently anyway
