☆ 4.5/5
[18+, anthology, slice of life, rom-com]
TW: kiss between teacher × underaged student, homophobia, gender & sexuality stereotype
+ great writing
+ pretty realistic depiction of unintentional homophobia
+ healthy relationship & communication
Criminally underrated. This deserves at least 9. It's an old manga but there's none of those typical nonsensical/unresolved plots older mangas usually have, and it's even better than a lot of current BL mangas.
☆ 5/5 for first story
[18+, anthology, rom-com]
TW: vomiting
TW for side stories: child neglect, bullying, abusive relationship & violent rape. Be careful with ch.4!
+ funny & interesting
+ well written and drawn
First story is so adorable. It's clumsy and hilarious but sweet, it's all i want from a highschool romance, and it might be my top 3 highschool BL. Kaede is so precious i wanna adopt him.

☆ 4.5/5
[PG, slice of life, romance]
+ established relationship
+ domestic
Life in Our Hometown is about... literally life in the MCs hometown. It's full of domestic and family goodness, the atmosphere of the town, the people, and the relationship between the MCs is so enjoyable to read! I really love this kind of manga--mundane but heartwarming slice of life that makes you long to connect with people.
☆ 4.5/5
[18+, rom-com, slice of life]
TW: age gap (11 years)
+ strangers to lovers
+ manly switch couple
+ realistic relationship
+ good writing
The MC, feeling lost after a divorce, likened himself to a metro dog who stumbles blindly in unknown direction. In the middle of his "stumbling", he found a shop owned by an intriguing man he eventually couldn't stay away from. This manga is realistic to the point of frustrating, but that's why i liked it.
☆ 5/5
[18+, rom-com, slice of life]
TW for side story: underage sex with adult & teacher × student
+ manly couple
+ good writing
+ fun dynamic between MCs
WAAAAY too underrated. I love these two so much. They're cynical towards life in general, like any grown adult worn by life is, yet they still found something worth pursuing in each other. I love their dialogue, their banter, their anxiety and reassurance in becoming lovers, everything!
☆ 4.5/5
[18+, slice of life, rom-com, found family]
TW: dub-con because of alcohol, heteronormativity
+ co-workers
+ great dialogue & writing
+ communication
- the MC compared his bf to girls few times
A realistic look into a committed relationship with simple plot but amazing writing. The banter between the MCs is so enjoyable to read, and akira is still one of the best characters ever. Please read back to back with the sequel http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/kaze_no_yukue/
☆ 4.5/5
[18+, rom-com]
TW: boss-subordinate relationship
+ manly badass switch couple
+ funny as hell
+ good dynamic between MCs
Oh gosh i love them so much! Their chemistry is off the charts-- Idek how many times i've reread this, yet it's still crazy fun to read. Really wish we could see this type of rom-com on screen.
☆ 4.5/5
[18+, university life, slice of life, rom-com]
TW: dub-con because of alcohol, non-con groping, sexual favors (2nd couple), professor × student (2nd couple)
+ friends to lovers
+ great writing
+ interesting characters and development
The quality of writing and research that went into this manga was unreal. It's a rom-com in a university setting but it's also much more than that. It's a Good One, really hard to find this kind of BL mangas nowadays.
☆ 4.5/5
[18+, rom-com, slice of life]
+ friends to lovers
+ manly, mature couple
+ funny as hell
+ great dialogue and characters (both main and side)
One of my weakness: middle aged men being ridiculously in love with each other. This author wrote a really believable romance between friends of 25 years. I love it.

☆ 4.5/5
[18+, rom-com, drama, secret identity]
TW: yakuza, violence
+ strangers to lovers
+ manly couple
+ good humor
+ interesting plot
+ straightforward and adult-like relationship
A tender story about two members of opposing yakuza groups who fell in love without knowing each other's identity. It's so refreshing to read about two manly, badass men being hopeless romantics. Both of them suit each other perfectly, the drama is there but it's serving great feels, overall a great read.

Great list. My all-time favorite romance is the one between the two in Yasashii Anata, so I'm delighted to find it here!
Same! Been waiting for another one like it but there's nothing so far
Truth! :)
GOD TIER LIST MAN
