Serial killer yandere Seme. Kills the Uke to "keep him forever". Uke somehow accepts the crazy, so let's say he's nuts too.

Omegaverse Alpha x Omega (Fated Pair) - Honorable mention because the Alpha snaps in the last chapter and tries to kill someone who assaulted the Omega, until the Omega stops him. But he totally had the crazy eyes.
