Something like this (Omoichigai ga Koi no Tane) where the other party love or fell in love with him and the other one is tsundere but ofc he loves him too then one day he regretted it because something happen or they got to fight to each other or is forced to not see him anymore becoz they'll hurt him or something like that and the other party is distancing himself from him because of that.....
