I took it as more of saying arte will always be his first priority not that he's still his most loved. He said that arte is his God (which made me interpret his love for arte to be more religious love than romantic), and yes if you have a god you love them, but you're not in love with them. So i decided leo is basically asking haral to accept that he is deeply religious and that his god will come first. Basically replace arte with the Christian god (just because i see this more often with Christians) and leo suddenly becomes a born again Christian and his devotion to his god makes much more sense.

Huh??? Like, if you placed this in the context of friendship, I would understand that the master would be his first, cause friends ya know, but if his master is always his first, he is clearly still not over him considering he had/has romantic feelings for him. But he is willing to date/love Haral??? It sounds like his love for his master is still bigger than his love for Haral.
Idk man it feels icky to me cause it feels like he is trying to use Haral to move on from his master ._. do correct me if I'm wrong cause I would be happy to believe/hear otherwise.
