The teacher x student relationship is disgusting. Not reading any further.

I know this comment is kinda old, but Asian countries have different rules for teacher/student relationships. It'd be perfectly acceptable for them to date if they'd been from separate schools. It's like as long as they're 16, it's okay in Asia.

I very much appreciate the clarification. Just like, in Asia, one is supposed to say no the first or second time one is asked to accept something or to be intimate. So a lot of the complaints about r*pe are nothing like r*pe…
