was not prepared for that ending :( i cried when i saw the ring and cried even more after that. sobbed when i read what happened to weijing and jiaowen and sobbed even harder when i realized they never got to see each other again. i’m glad they at least met and had someone to lean and rely on in dark times but i am so hurt after reading the final chapter, this is pure pain.
know they’re fictional characters but the way this story was being told made it seem so real, made you root for them and hope the best for them… ugh i’m so sadddd im fr crying
