Not really cuz riku became a vampire and i was so happy for him but when he went to sée his family i actually cried !!!!!! I mean so much time have passed and his 7/8 year brother became a grown man !!!!!ans his mom an old lady how sad !!!!
The way I see it is he can visit all his relatives for the rest of time by hypnotizing then into believing it is normally their great great great uncle is still alive so he won't really be lonely. With his humanity he might even handle the time better than the others who don't understanding emotions
I agree, though in a way it's still heart breaking because in a way they are leaving him behind. His brother will grow old and experience human life where his brother, who before could have walked beside him can only look on rlly. So in a way I am totally happy for Riku and think its great he can keep seeing his family forever. But part of me thinks this will be very hard on him to keep loving family over and over and watching them age and die.
Honestly I think this manga is SUPPOSED to induce mixed feelings. Like in real life, something can be both good and bad, sad and happy. I think it ended up being a touching show of how being turned into a vampire might affect having a family you leave as humans.
Either way it's a good story right? :P :Dლ(´ڡ`ლ)
it's a very beautiful story but i don't really get it.do they have a happy ending or a sad one?
