Technically itβs shoujo but the main character is both a girl and boy. Originally, he was a human boy. However, when he got bitten he became a girl and a vampire. Thereβs a secret to his past and his body which is why he switches gender and from human to vampire. So technically at times it is yaoi since the love interest falls for the main character while he is a boy and a girl. I definitely think you should read it though! Loved it!
It was basically Shoujo,, they changed the MC's gender so it wouldn't be Yaoi,,,
