Hey what's the first yaoi you read and your reaction? The first one I read was Love Stage, when I was reading I thought it was just some shounen ai but then then when the sex scene appeared I freaked out and closed my laptop but I kept on reading it later because its hard to not read two hot/cute guys making out right.

My friend tried getting me to watch Junjou Romantica. I totally freaked out during the 1st episode when Usagi-san shoved his hand down Misaki's pants, and I thought yaoi was totally gross.
Somehow I watched No. 6 and ended up really liking it, and that got me comfortable with boy x boy pairings.
Then I read Seven Days which is one of the best shounen ai manga ever in my opinion. Not too long after that I started reading Junjou Romantica, Sekaiichi Hatsukoi, Katekyo, etc.
Fast forward to 2 years and we're now in the present, I read bl manga every day now.

The first time me and my sis watched Gravitation. I was like there's a gay anime? But at the same time, AWWW~! This looks cute! And for my first manga was Love neko. I wasn't interested in yaoi. But my sis was reading Love neko and it got me curious. So thanks sis! ^v^

Well I knew when I read my first yaoi that they will have sex, I searched for it, so I just enjoyed it. My first was empty heart of Masara Minase.

Like nice yuki says, our first bl anime was "Gravitation". And my first bl manga was "Gravitation" again. But after reading that I wanted to read the gravitation djs, and MAN! Those were some hardcore stuff! So I was like, O.O the whole time I read it (yes, I still read all of it, Even though seeing it made my stomach feel weird). And after that, I read "Junjou romantic", and ever since, I kept reading more and more. Now I read any yaoi manga, no matter how explicit! ^0^

actually, i was never into yaoi and in fact you could say i stumbled across this genre by mistake... here's my story: i decided to read "after school nightmare" because it was a hype on mangafox and so i stumbled across "sojou no koi wa nido haneru"... at first i was like "oh a yaoi...ehhh" but i realize i shouldn't discriminate against genres... in the end, that fucking manga made me cry lol (which means two thumbs up)... so i decided to read a bit more yaoi so i also happened to stumble upon "viewfinder" and "yume musubi, koi musubi"

also, i find the yaoi plots don't revolve around idiotic shojo girls (not going to name those shojo mangas, fans are sensitive lol)

my first yaoi was the warui series, and i was really shocked that they have sex scene in there like "2 guys can do it?!" or "isn't that hurt?". after that i don't read yaoi for a week but sometimes i thought that guys in yaoi are more handsome or cool than in shoujo (normal romance) and then, i searched more yaoi that have cool or handsome guys in there. ^^

My first yaoi was Crimson Spell. I was clicking 'surprise me' on mangareader.net and I came across it. I started reading and was really liking it. When Havi said "...direct its energy elsewhere" I was thinking 'what's that mean?' I turned the page and I'm pretty sure my face warped. Of course, I was reading it on my ps3 in the living room and had a mini heart attack. I turned it off, but my curiosity got the better of me. I snuck downstairs at midnight and read the rest of it(-///-). Thus, I became the fan girl I am today. I'm totally addicted <3 <3 <3

..my 1st yaoi was Okane Ganai, i've already watched it before i started reading it, but well, the anime doesn't really exposed those kind of scenes, and my fudanshi friend suggested that i should read the manga, actually i was in the computer cafe that time so i browse a little pages and i almost choked from what i saw, when kanou was well . . . . to ayase, well there were so many people around so i can't read like that, so i went home as soon as possible then opened my laptop and there i realized i love hot vishies romance, its so cute, then there's my 30 days yaoi (made more that 30 days thou), i remember not going to school because i was so eager in reading and i would go home early then lock myself inside my room reading . . . then i discovered the word fujoshi.. and i'm sooooo happy about it,

Well it wasn't my first yaoi it was anime if that counts, Um... it was Junjou Romantica, I was a bit confused about their relationship so when I first watched It was a bit strange like Junjou Romantica didn't show sex scene it actually cut a lot of scenes from the manga. But after Junjou i came across Sekaiichi Hatsukoi didn't know they had some similar, but I was hooked. So after the season finished... I was a bit disappointed and knew that there was more to it. So I just typed in Junjou and this website popped up first. At first I was too shy to write a comment about the manga or other manga's. So when I've first read Junjou my facial expression was priceless. Not gonna lie it gave me a shocker, I knew you can have anal sex but didn't know how two gays exactly have sex so it kinda scared me for life. From that day i gathered a lot of knowledge about gay life/sex/love life etc. Don't regret one bitt. :)

My first experience reading yaoi was actually an accident. Umm... I had close friend (Male) his name was James. So me and James were friends for over 5 years so we go way back. Anyways he knew I was gay but I didn't know he was gay too. So.. I slept over his for some reason (Can't remember) and while he was ordering pizza for us two. I went to his room to take a shower then that's when I say my eye's on yaoi manga's. His bookshelf was hidden behind the door so when you open the door you don't see the bookshelf. After I finished having a shower I wanted to see why have so many colourful books. The first book i picked up was Brother X Brother. I skipped a few pages until I accidentally stubble upon the sex scene. My mouth dropped and I scream WDF! James rushed into his room and caught me reading his books. That's when he told me that he was gay *kinda got the picture* I didn't judge him since he accept me first. So he introduced yaoi to me and I'am really grateful for that... But he sadly passed away last year from Cancer.. :( R.I.P James thanks for giving me your yaoi collection :) <3
