There is a big potential for the characters to be on a whole level of psycho. the seme couldve been outright dominating and possessive but he submits to the uke's promise to stay. the uke could be an all in slut but the author tones it down with the swimming club's captain. the younger brother doesnt qualify being a stalker or obsessed since he is more of a bark but not bite character.
so, even when the characters can progress there the author didnt go for it so there is somehow a lacking feeling or emotion in it.
