I wish the ending would be, Emma needs to stay in the demon world. She's with Mujika, helping the her build the new era and after so many months of observing and interacting with them she will also consider them as family.
Since the promise only mention that she needed to say 'goodbye' to them and didn't say anything if there is a consequence of they meet again. Somehow Emma found a way to see Norman, Ray and the others again. Though she can only stay for a certain period of time and needs to go back again.
And I hope mom and ray had a good conversation or at least said something for ray and ray only. Also Peter shouldn't die, f the amount of sins that he did, maybe thrown away at some area where the other demons had no tie to the capital city and he will be hunted there. Got a taste of your own medicine jerk.

Just gonna add that Peter injured Emma before escaping, went too far hence why is he being hunted now by the demons.
I honestly thought about this and realized that it wouldn't work. First of all, a society like that cannot change within Emma's life span which means her entire life would just being in constant fear and work. Secondly, the life span bit is important cause changing a society like that would be BRUTAL, it would be the equivalent of humans eating chicken in order to keep the way they want and then some miracle blood comes in to which we won't need to eat chicken. But it wouldn't change the fact that we want chicken and that almost all of society wouldn't see chickens as anything but food that they want.
And as I thought about it more I appreciated the ending. At first I was pissed cause I wanted to see ma girl smiling with the family or building the demon society as a leader but I understood why that wouldn't be the best ending. I think the two of them would be cliche and throw off the whole vibe of the manga like we saw kids being mauled and shit. So for it to have some empowering I will start a legacy continuation would throw me off cause the whole point of this was for this lifestyle to end as a family and it would be so unfair for Emma to not experience that to some degree, like sis did all this for family not world building. And the ending also fulfilled the promise thingy without so cliche shounen ending but kept the readers on the edge until the end just like a majority of the manga.

That jin guy has a good attitude from being a villain unlike some stories that I read but this really test my patience as to how the fl or any of them just let him do what he wants and gets manipulated.
I'm honestly conflicted to keep reading or not, hopefully there will be some character development on their side *sigh*
