In manga, mikasa was basically adopted by grisha and carla as a kid, plus in some extra/special content book... in Mikasa’s description, she thought of eren as a family, as in brother, it was canon and published by kodansha, that was years ago mind you. so old fans thought of them as step sibs. but im too lazy to find the pages of the book

No i understand but that would mean they are more like adopted family rather than step family. If they were to be step siblings that would mean one of eren's parents married one of mikasa's parents but she lost both. It's completely fine but I believe people should understand the difference.

The difference is Mikasa is an adopted sibling see if Mikasa’s dad wanted to marry Carla and they fell inlove then that means Eren and Mikasa are step siblings or it could be both their dads I don’t judge if one of each of their parents decide to get together then that means their step siblings but Mikasa was adopted so therefore it’s not wrong if they date it’s just sorta weird a little but I still ship it
why are people saying eren and mikasa are step siblings? do you guys not know what step siblings are? lmao
