Do you ever favor a character over the other between couples? Like I prefer ukes over semes?? In that note, I've been reading too much BL with uke's pov. Anyone have seme's POV
Ummm I do empathize with characters who've been through a lot and/or have a mental condition even if they're not a very good person. Because being bipolar myself, I've made a lot of mistakes that I can never take back.
Of course I'm not talking about Sangwoo or Jaekyung kinda guy lol
Just the ones that are mildly assholes with a pathetic personality
For example Han Sekye from "the world without you" or Jenny from "love history caused by willful negligence"
I don't favor generally when it comes to GL and BL. But if I love one character more than other I may favor. Like Mo Guanshan from 19 Days or Anthy from Shoujo Kakumei Utena. But when it comes to SL I favor women more than men.
Also if you read BL novels I recommend Devil Venerable Also Wants to Know , it is Gong(Seme) pov
I don't know why, I just like uke's better. Whenever I read something with seme's pov, I always discontinue, lol

What that manga again [bl] where uke finally becomes a teacher and he went back to the school as the same as the seme. The seme was the uke's middle school teacher [well he was a student teacher still at that time]. Now, uke came to the same school bc he admired his teacher, the seme who cared for him when he was beating himself emotionally bc of his parents divorce.
However, as his ex student now became the youngest teacher in school, he feels ashamed bc since so much time had passed, his passion for teaching had depleted and now his just some kind of "boring old sensei"
Idk but as of now, I'm on MC's side. Oftentimes, we get to choose our decisions through experience and since he got those things going on in the past he's bound to feel that way. I know that outing someone is bad however, in that moment, I think it would be better to care for my lover than other people's feelings. Like, I'm not living here to be perfect so I'd rather do wrong with a coworker than possibly breaking up with my lover. Besides, Mc wouldn't just yell to the world abt the secret partner or anything
