I mean he's a red flag, but only to people who aren't the uke. I mean that's not necessarily nice but still it's better than those semes who break legs and rape the ukes to own them completely. Or maybe my standards are just too low. Anyway,Jihwan as a character is an extremely intriguing one, I can't help but root for him and the uke together to be happy.
