Guys I'm so confused, I honestly have no idea wtf happened these past chapters. I CAN'T KEEP UP Someone explain please. If possible recap this whole fight cause I'm so lost

AllMight vs AFO to Bakugo vs AFO
Some heroes have fighting scenes but these 4 are the main fights
Can someone please explain to me what just happened, in fact this whole fight? I got lost like halfway into this
Well in this chapter-
AFO kinda rises from inside Shigaraki.
AFO talks about how known of his decisions were his own.
AFO says that he stole his quirk factor when he was young (i'm guessing like 2 years old but idk), and basically waited to give him a new quirk.
Then Deku comes back into the shot, and I guess gets his arms blown off.
Suddenly, Sero comes in and prevents Shigaraki from killing Deku.
Then Ojiro, Sato and Eraserhead shows up.
