They do things to actively discourage me from forming friendships. Like not letting me go to afterschool activities, no seeing friends after school, no going to parties I'm invited to, no pen paling, no giving anybody birthday/holiday gifts (except teachers), etc.

Minors that announce that they are minors in a space where they are most definitely not supposed to be. Like it's okay to explore at a younger age to maybe help figure yourself out, but don't announce it to everyone in that 18+ manga comment thread. I was 11 and all my girl cousins were in the bathroom after swimming because an older cousin stupidly jumped into the water in her full clothes and bloody period pad (she had no change and no extra pads).
