This manga took so long to update because the translator decided to wait for volume 3 to release then buy it instead of looking for all the magazine serials this manga features in (and volume 3 took forever to release). She now has materials up to chapter 27. Let’s just hope volume 4 won’t take as long because otherwise we’re in for another long wait after chapter 27 lol.
