I get why you might say it's rushed but this is how arwin is, It took him a long time to realize his feelings but now that he did, he's going all out to make sure latte is always by his side be it by marriage if necessary. Usually couples start by engagement and marriage comes later on, but he's too op for this slow-paced shit lmao. Ok ok, jokes aside he just doesn't care about those conventional things, and the incident with peridot was sort of a turning point for him to understand that if latte dies he's gonna be sad, he does things his own way to be happy and doesn't care about what other people think. As for latte,... let's say she's just going with the flow, but if she didn't like him I'm pretty sure she would refuse. Everything turned out for the best and countries are safe from arwin destruction. Haha (￣∇￣")
