So., I just re-read the previous chapters., and the moustache and the beard of the Conan's school headmaster kinda similar to the person in the train in the next case calling Amuro to investigate Conan.. Maybe the author just wanted to throw off the readers?

And., btw., in chapter 74., Taisho was referring to Princess Kaguya.. The bamboo and moon.. Also their names were similar., Kaguya and Carla/Karura(カルラ)..

I think it was a direct MTL without any editing., hence the translation quality..
