I like reading all this comments, critisizing author or manga. Fact is, it's working. There are a lot of comments, and, I delieve, views.
As for the Lily, you may disagree, but I dont view her as a bad character. Bad person - yes, but not character. I can believe that this person may exists, and this is what separates bad character from believable character.
There are two men in this story that I really want to see get their share of justice. Because so far they have gotten off too easily.
I would like to see full manga based on this plot. Not a continuation of this oneshot, because it would be too rushed, but a new manga, which will more deeply reveal the themes raised by the oneshot.
I hope the doctor doesn't die. I would like her to feel deep regret for her betrayal. When she dies, she won't feel any of this.

i think she already feels guilty and is forcefully putting aside how regretful she feels because she is left with no choice with the magic seal embedded into her body
