No, but in all honesty? I wish the uke finds a boyfriend, then this criminal finds out about it. I might also stop reading this and just read the comments, then read this trash after it's completed.

Well it's more like no one is a purely good or bad person in the story, especially when you begin casting different perspectives (although the MC is an actual villain in terms of how fucked up he is at times).The MC is pretty evil, most of his schemes he manages to cover up by making it seem that he did them for a good/hidden reason, which has made other characters see him more positively despite the fact he actually is pretty evil and did most of schemes out of greed. Like the MC blackmailed the previous King and did sell the drug to make a profit for himself. However, the supposed heroes aren't all that good either. They took rash and dramatic actions which can only be forgiven when you purely look at their actions from their own perspective even with the fact that the MC and his allies do scummy things themselves. Like the fiance pointed out, it's pretty shameless to hang onto the arms of a taken man, which she herself did with the prince. The mls also spent too much time in lala land, spoiling and ignoring red flags from the fiance bc she was this poor abused girl - which allowed her to skip her queen classes, fire tutors, and expect everyone to bow down to her. The good guys also failed to see the consequences of their actions, such as losing the MC working for the government (as the guy given the mc's position has no experience and now has to learn from the MC), dealing with the fact that money was being taken away from the church and they could not just fund them again without losing support for the crown prince (meaning the church has to continue doing whatever they can to keep themselves afloat), and the fact that the church does need the money back that they gave to the fiance's family (which in the original story they just write off and punish the church instead despite their need for money bc of the lack of funding by the kingdom). Ultimately, yes the MC is a villain and does terrible stuff because he wants to BUT the other characters aren't pure either. Julliette does act like a bitch at first but she mostly does so bc of her father and bc her fiance begins to essentially have an emotional affair with some girl - like if you think about it just bc the now-fiance is pitiful doesn't mean she should suddenly be able to just do whatever and hurt others because she is the fl in her story. But bc in stories we often see the fl get relentlessly bullied by a rival, we justify the behavior bc the rival is a bitch, but when the rival is brought down for just being jealous (not doing harm to others) that her fiance is suddenly spending time with some girl, we suddenly notice all the flaws of the fl - because suddenly those attributes don't make her cute and able to stand against an enemy but make her a terrible, petty, and reckless person who doesn't understand her place.

There's just too many for me to process this. But I guess I'll be able to understand what you said if I read the manga properly (which I have not been doing so cause it ain't finished yet and I don't want to spoil myself by getting too invested in this). I guess I'm still waiting for updates between the mc and ml. I really hope I don't get disappointed since I also got briefly spoiled about how ml fucks someone, and not just one...

I would recommend reading the novel if you want to know more, but as far as the MC and ml, some like and some dislike their relationship mostly bc some say there is no chemistry (personally I disagree and love their relationship). Without spoiling the story, as far as I know the ml has only been with his lover (past/dead), wife (past/dead), and the MC.
