It isn't until after Sakura ignores him does he realise that he missis Sakura and has feelings for him to an extent. I put cheating in parentheses because Mizuki doesn't think he's cheating, to him, it's trying to get something to eat after starving for five days straight. He's just trying to survive. Sakura also didn't stop him to try and talk about what happened. They didn't communicate. Sakura didn't talk to Mizuki about what he felt, yes he confessed, but he also has to remember that Mizuki is a vampire and sees sex and blowjobs as something he has to do to eat and live instead of seeing it as something that could be emotionally and romantically attached to a relationship. Still a lot better than other yaoi I've read so far. The characters aren't very well developed, yes, you can see some growth in them but it's not very much, but I don't mind that, especially for a short manga. I'll definitely read more from this author to see what else they come up with. Also, people have different definitions as to what cheating is and that's okay.
