Unlike the first couple of the series which lowkey gave Stockholm syndrome, this is in the category of enemies to lovers, albeit it was more of a deadly duel before a separation and a blooming unrequited love. The relationships and underlying emotions are rich which makes me love this story and couple.

The scenario had all three of them rooted in the present. The grandpa with having his grandson and grandson in law with him when he's gotten sick and lonely. Han with his busy sched and having this overnight stay of silence after telling Shinwoo he was glad Shinwoo was there otherwise Grandpa wouldnt end with a flu. Then there's Shinwoo who was both hurt by the past and anxious about the future.

I've kept this at bay after about 30 chaps and now with 58, i reread it. And sure enough, despite the art, binging thru the arcs made me ignore the awkward and changing art. The main character and whoever is highlighted are so relatable and tangible (like they feel real). And honestly, the impostor syndrome was so strong that having the library shut him out made the story even better. The story doesn't rush itself, too. Of course there were some cuts here and there (which I'm not sure if it's the story or the scanlation). Anyway, the art might not match the level of the story but it's satisfactory that the story could push me through HAHAHA
