can u explain to me more how does it ruin the relationship? i want to understand it more if it is okay. thank you

its like, how would you feel if you started dating someone and they were naturally good at talking to
people and making friends, it was apart of them. If they suddenly give up what makes them who they are and instead their life revolved around you its bad. It would drain a person even if they chose it. Their life would revolve around you and they would just become an extension of you, and usually lead to an obsession if suffocating at first. its smothering for the other partner and bad for the one doing it. only leads to uncertainties and resentment.

It’s like that persons’ life starts to revolve around you and suddenly they’re not going out if not with you tehyre not doing anything else and is becomes suffocating no matter how you love the person , it’s like there’s a responsibility and you have to always be available always be In a certain mood
This is why it’s better to stay just as you are keep the same activities , keep up with your friends etc
Because eventually it will lead to arguments, your partner will become too dependent on you
