I mentioned this on another socmed site: I'm lowkey disappointed in Daehyung's mindset. why would you enter a relationship already expecting it to end? it's very disrespectful to your partner and shows you have stuff you need to work on. I'm guessing we'll see more of Daehyung's past and how he became that way.
although it is true that relationships are not guaranteed to last forever, this should compel you all the more to cultivate your love for each other, and make the most of the short, precious time you have in this life. why be nihilistic when you can CHOOSE to love, to trust, to experience joy? I'd rather spend my lifetime giving and receiving love whenever I can.
I'm reminded of a scene from the film Everything Everywhere All At Once:
Joy Wang (daughter): "So what? You're just gonna ignore everything else? You could be anything, anywhere. Why not go somewhere where your daughter is more than just this?Here, all we get are a few specks of time where any of this actually makes any sense."

this is probably the first bl webtoon where I wish there was NO side story. if the author wanted to do smut, they could've just done THAT without the half-baked drama.
one of my fav shounen ai webtoons going to shit... I'm gonna pretend the side story doesn't exist so it won't be too disappointing
