knowing the weight of dying words from infamous characters no matter what he says im sure its going to shake the plot drastically. thinking about it, the fact this is a message to be played after his death to the whole WORLD it could very well be something that everyone is to be erradicated for knowing... but they cant just kill everyone on earth which is why it has to be something mind blowing/gonna fuck up the elders
