Amina is our FL. Once it was the prosperous time for magic, a coup was overthrowing the magicians. They said a magician is born and cannot be taught. Amina is the last kind.. Her closest friend sacrificed himself so Amina could live. Amina fled by herself, but she felt so hopeless, so she tried to turn back time. In this world, the past is but an empty flow of time. That's why she stuck in a lamp (a medium of her magic).
Ppl can summon her with their blood and Amina can grant them 3 wishes. Like a genie. 100 of years later, a prince found her. Anyway, somehow they became close to each others and Amina had a place in the palace as magic researcher.
In this world, only prayers and alchemists exist, not magician. Oh and Djinn plays a huge role. It's a mysterious creature.
