tried out public school for a couple days and it's normal, but there is more of the social fights and competitiveness going on. although i do find it weird how mainly, the public schools are the ones who have prejudice on private schools and not the other way around ( like how it is always portrayed ) , or maybe that's just bcs the private school i...... reply
In my school, even if you do hybrid you can choose to do remote certain weeks and to go in person on others. So assuming yours is like that too, then test the waters a bit. If it goes well then keep going, but if it starts going bad try going back to remote for a week or two just to cool off and stuff reply
welp. i don't think it's the same situation but before school back then i was so afraid i had panic attacks just because i don't want to go to school,i was so scared for a lot of reason :) but i think you can make it. it's for the best too,and for you. i made the school year all alone just bcos i kept myself alone. i think you'll make some friends ...... reply
so yeah I got a call saying I could go back to school and I think they said they would do things a lot more differently because of social distancing and stuff. I'm not sure if I want to go though. despite school sucking, the work actually distracts me from my bad thoughts most of the time. that's kind of why I think it'll be good. I also have trouble paying attention at home so going back will probably help me focus. I'm usually lazy but when I have nothing good to do, I can become sorta hardworking. you may be asking "this seems good for you, why aren't you going?". wellll the problem is that I haven't went outside for a month and I don't want to go outside especially since I'm in a really bad place rn. I'm not sure if school can even help me in this moment and time. should I at least try going? what if I screw up something?
i've transferred schools three times in my life, and the only tip i can give you is to just be yourself even if it's a little awkward at firrst. I mean... changing schools and meeting new people is ALWAYS awkward, but if you show people who you are, then you'll surely make friends.
