Sarah Everard's Law is based on Sarah's murder case, this law is a proposal so the criminal defense team can't build an argument about what the victim was wearing when she was kidnapped
I read some tiktok and social media comments that blamed her clothing as the reason why she was kidnapped, and maybe this petition was also based on that, I'll upload her last seen picture (of what she was wearing)
Her clothes were the reason she was kidnapped? She is all bundled up. You can only see her face, hands, and her neck. Hell, she could be walking without any clothes and it still wouldn't justify/trivialize her abduction. reply
