I fullu understand that characters can be annoying but what's with the hate towards female characters in action?? A female character could literally be legitimate and helpful but she'll be called a bitch bc the readers feel threatened by a 2d girl stealing their man.
But when a male character shows up in the same manner he's helpful and a good part of the team??
That's your confirmation bias speaking. We have plenty of people shitting on male characters calling them, "beta male", "pussies" etc etc for just being empathetic and kind.
