anyway question for people with depression: when you say depression is there ever a reason for your depression/triggers? like most of the time(not all the time) something happens and i get sad for a few hours and it'll never stop. and intrusive thoughts just amplify it and i get all suicidal or whatever lol
thought there were only a few answers to this, so i thought i might as well get my two cents in. i struggled with depression since 9 to 10 years now, but i was only diagnosed about 3 years ago.
im not sure when and how exactly it started, but over time i realized i usually get my episodes because of certain situations with my family and my academi...... reply
