Just discussed this with my smart friend ya know, Internet Providers have all the things you searched even though u used incognito, websites, history, or everything you did around using their internet, so the thing is they don't write it somewhere your parents can see, like bills, phones,emails or data from somewhere. BUT it can be requested to be seen, there is a process they say, a process of knowing every shits the whole family did but it would take a time and efforts, commonly used by police for investigation or something.
In summary we are safe unless your parents really don't wanna give you privacy.
