I mean I know it's fiction and I'm almost 100% sure that authors who draw the typical rape to love trope do not support rape in real life nor will they rape someone. Well first off, that depends on what kind of inappropriate things you sent to your friends and it depends on how strict your family is. Personally I like to tell my parents the truth but leave out the details at first to see the general reaction. I don't even have to read the comments of this thread to know that a lot of people (especially americans if I may say so) strongly dislike these manga. And that's ok.
