I've been into Shounen lately and reading all these systems and overpowering plots unlocked a certain memory.
I remember reading a Shounen that is about a Doctor that can diagnose a patient with just a look? Although I'm not so sure because it's been long, he was often underestimated and looked down upon but I think it had a system too, he often shock doctors with his perfect diagnosis that's why his status raised.
