I heard that the author died and that it will never be finished but that some sketches are supposed to go around on the internet how it would've ended. I'm not sure if this is 100% true but I read this years ago and it never got updated so... :/

I think it opens with older brother tying younger brother and forcing him and younger brother’s classmate peeping it from window.
It’s been so long that something might be off in description but I think older brother was doctor and after few chapter little brother was forced to quit school and was thinking of suicide but when I read last time it was not completed
