uh, i remember this scene and i think it was a manga from Fujisaki Kou (not one with the businessmen, i think they were younger, high school or college students, maybe a sidestory?) i am not too sure though, sorry...

Hi lovely mangagoers! I need help finding a yaoi manga. I believe it's about two friends who get together. The most distinctive feature I remember about it is that the ending line is the uke saying to a girl who's competing for the seme's affections, "Yeah, but I'm better at giving head."
