Guys, when I am laying down for too long and abruptly stand up, I see grey static infront of my eyes and feel a little lightheaded for few seconds.
Is it iron deficiency?
it could be, low iron levels can make you dizzy. but also it could be low blood pressure too and many other things.
this happens to a lot of ppl actually and it's called orthostatic hypotension. buttt it's NOT a disease, it's just a symptom of something underlying. if it happens a lot and you feel like it's a risk to your health, go see a doctor bc you shouldn't let mangago mfs diagnose you lmaooo
