Not really. The guy is the CEO's nephew who is equally responsible for everything that is happening in the company bc he knows all of it and is even part of it to an extent. He throws his weight around, treats rookie actors as his errand boys/girls and every scandal that he caused, which were very many, were all blamed onto Shiwoo in the news which lead to Shiwoo having bad reputation in the industry. He was also the one who said Shiwoo didn't need acting lessons from others as he will teach Shiwoo himself. He was also the one who blackmailed Shiwoo into putting drugs in the other actor's drink at the beginning so that the actor will lose the role and he will get it for himself. He did a lot to simply lable him as 'bad', that is too light.
