So the main lead is dead by a car accident saving a kid once he died he switched bodies with the small one who tried to kill himslef , apparently they have simular problems that's why they switched. The other male lead ( top) was inlove with the brown hair dude , and seing the mannerism of the twink he found it simular to his first love so he kinda knows that they switched bodies . As for why the one who switched bodies is having flashbacks of the kiddo , it's cause that's the body of the one who dies and his brain still has his memories there , this is used alot in switch manhwas were when they switch they kinda start having and seing memories of the other person ( i dont know if you get it)
