How do I work out without going to the gym?
I want to start loosing some weight and building a little bit of muscle but I dont want to go to the gym. Im really self conscious and I think I would have a panic attack if I did go. I know most of the people there wont judge me but I hate being perceived and even thinking about peoples eyes on me makes me panic. I do have a Exercise bike but I can only do so much with it lol. Any advice will help besides telling me go just go to the gym. I can buy some semi expensive stuff but im not really looking to purchase anything expensive.
I’m working out daily and hate going out to the gym too! I’m just focusing on losing weight, rather than building muscle, so I watch some exercise videos on youtube! It’s pretty easy and convenience. reply
I'm not a professional so take what I say with a grain of salt. As a person who wanted to lose weight without going to the gym, counting calories helped me a lot.
If you're interested, there's a ton of apps out there to help you keep track, as well as count the calories of the food you eat throughout the day.

In order to build muscle you need to eat more protein and do weight training (??? Dont remember if thats the word for it :( srry ,basically exercises with weights) there are yt videos and apps out there im sure thay you can watch for that, building more muscle mass also helps with fastening ur metabolism which will help with losing weight. I work out at home. There's a ton video about work out at home on youtube. Basically I use some items : dumbbell, resistance bands (all type), loop resistance bands (all type), mini stepper (my apartment really small). I also wear smart watch/bands all the time. Like to track sleep, steps etc.
It worked. Trust me.

The hardest parts are starting and consistency. Find a workout you like and set a measurable goal for yourself. Then plan out what your day would look like to achieve that goal and follow it. reply
Well if what you’re looking for is weight loss I would recommend going on a calorie deficit and just doing cardio, other than that it’s not like you NEED equipment to work out at home (that shit is really expensive that’s why the gym is just better cost wise) but if you want to weight lifts gym is def the better option (although you could pro...... reply
